-Will was born in Escondido, CA 1982. Will continues to work on his programming abilities, hobbies and occasionally updates [http://www.willjessup.com], his personal site. +007- Founded CitrusByte LLC, [www.citrusbyte.com]. Motivated to be the best ruby on rails development shop in LA, I scaled CitrusByte from myself to nine talented full-time team members (and growing) in the six months we've been alive. Currently doing a laundry list of things to keep CitrusByte moving forward such as hosting the LA web application developers meetup (http://web.meetup.com/34) which has over 300 members.

+2006 - Co-founded [www.Kevo.com], a one-stop site for all information about people. co-wrote the business plan, raised angel capital, hired a tech team, developed the site on Symfony-project (php, mysql), evangelized the site, and did the dog and pony show to try to raise more cash. I left company on good terms in 2007 and am still an advisor.

+2005-2006 - Tech Producer @ THE_GROOP [thegroop.net]. Joined a design shop to head up their technology department. Went through my paces with management, programming, project management, etc. Met some great people whom I still work with.

+2004-2005 - GameMethod.com. Thought I'd give a shot at making a great online gaming media site. I began writing articles and managed to make enough off adsense to pay for on-going site development. Hired one writer and half-dozen volunteers who cranked out nearly 2500 articles / posts in the first year. Learned to choose to pick which business I go into since the site never generated any profit after tons of effort.
