OSFA President Don Chambers (Tulsa) called the meeting to order.

Danny Lynchard, Tulsa Fire Department Chaplain, delivered the invocation.

Lt. Governor Jari Askins addressed the convention crowd. Askins message centered on image. Additionally, Askins presented a challenge to hold politicians accountable. Furthermore, Askins triumphantly announced that there will “never be a tie concerning fire services issues. Because you can count on me to always break the tie favorably.”

Representatives Joe Dorman and Eric Proctor offered the OSFA their support.
