Jacqueline Bracamontes van-Hoorde (born December 23, 1979 in Guadalajara, Mexico), is a Mexican actress, model, and former winner of Nuestra Belleza Mexico in 2000.

Early life and career

Jacqueline Bracamontes was born on December 23, 1979 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to Jesus Bracamontes, the former coach of the popular Mexican football team Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara, and Jacqueline van-Hoorde. She is the oldest of three children and has two other siblings; a sister Alina, and a brother Jesus, Jr. Her father is currently a football analyst for the Hispanic-American television network Univision.

A Roman Catholic by conviction, she traveled to Connecticut, United States with the religious movement Legionary of Christ on a spiritual preparation. When she finished her undergraduate work, she traveled alone to France where she learned to speak French.
