Gregg Valentino had the largest arm in the world, measuring 27 inches. That is freaking nuts. His waist was also 27 inches, to put it in perspective. He also used and sold steroids and spent some time in jail for drug dealing (selling steroids).

He is considered one of the most hated men in body building because he is the "freaks freak" and has totally overdone it. His arm once even got infected and needed to be operated on because he used too many steroids directly into it.
